🌼 Featured Topic: Managing Spring Allergies

If you're one of the many dealing with sneezing, itchy eyes, nasal congestion, or fatigue during springtime, you may be experiencing seasonal allergic rhinitis.

Tips to Help Manage Symptoms:

  • Limit outdoor exposure on high pollen count days—especially mid-morning and windy days
  • Shower and change clothes after spending time outside
  • Use air filters at home and keep windows closed on high pollen days
  • Nasal saline rinses and OTC antihistamines or nasal corticosteroids can reduce symptoms
  • Talk to your provider about prescription options or allergy testing if symptoms persist

We’re happy to help you develop a personalized allergy management plan.
