I just updated our call settings. We are going to try the following: When a call comes in on line 1 (4555) Pam should answer. If Line one is busy, then the call should roll to voice mail and show up in Updox. You may call out on line two (0094). Try not to be calling out on line 1 as it will tie up the line. This is going to increase the number of voice mails, but should help free up the front desk a bit from having to answer line two calls. Let me know how it goes. Everyone should be listening to the voice mails and helping when they can.
