Julia is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Native to Rhode Island, she began her nursing career after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began working on the Inpatient Vanderbilt Rehabilitation unit at Newport Hospital, caring for patients recovering from complex medical and surgical conditions. Julia also gained valuable experience working at an outpatient dermatology office, where she developed knowledge in dermatologic conditions.
She later returned to the University of Rhode Island to complete her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practice.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Julia is committed to providing patient-centered care rooted in a holistic approach that treats the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle.
